Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused blanks in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our distribution center, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
